All return / refund requests must be reported within 30 days from receipt of your order.

IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK ALL MERCHANDISE IN A TIMELY MANNER UPON RECEIPT.
RINCO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY CREDIT REQUESTED AFTER 30 DAYS FOR ANY REASON (QUALITY, SHORTAGE, DEFECT, DAMAGE).
Please have any and all relevant information ready when placing a call ino customer service (Customer or invoice number, merchandise information and a clear and concise description of your problem) as this will help to streamline the process.
RETURNS OF PRODUCT MUST BE MADE IN SELLABLE UNITS ONLY (IF SOLD BY THE DOZEN MUST BE RETURNED IN MULTIPLES OF 1 DZ; IF SOLD IN DISPLAYS, FULL DISPLAYS MUST BE RETURNED). REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE MADE FOR THE FULL UNITS RETURNED.
Please note that customers will be responsible for all freight charges on any authorized returns unless stated otherwise at time of authorization.
Customers will be responsible for both INBOUND and OUTBOUND freight costs on ANY refused shipments.
Rhode Island Novelty® reserves the right to refuse any unreported / unauthorized returns and any costs incurred by Rhode Island Novelty® for such will be the responsibility of the customer.
ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE WILL BE INSPECTED UPON RECEIPT. IF THE REPORTED ISSUE IS DEEMED TO BE INVALID OR MISREPORTED A RESTOCKING CHARGE MAY BE APPLIED AND ANY RETURN FREIGHT CHARGES MAY BE ASSESSED TO CUSTOMER. A RESTOCKING FEE OF $5 OR $10 PER RETURNED BOX MAY BE ASSESSED FOR ANY RETURN AND IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF OUR RETURNS DEPARTMENT.
