Shipping Information -

All orders are shipped FOB from our Fall River, Mass warehouse.

On non-wholesale orders, less than 150 lbs. shipping charges are calculated at check out. Any order exceeding 150 lbs. and all wholesale orders, freight charges are based on package weight and destination. Over sized and dimensional sized boxes are subject to additional charges from UPS. Shipping charges are billed at actual.

On-line orders are UPS Ground shipping only. Any express orders need to be emailed to , or faxed to 800-448-1775.

If a product is out of stock, the item(s) will be noted on your packing slip with your shipped products.

Returns
All return/refund requests must be reported within 20 business days from the receipt of your order. This is done via a phone conversation with our customer service department at 800-528-5599. At that time you'll be given important information (ex. restocking fees, return authorization numbers, return freight responsibilities, etc.) that is required for a successful return/refund. Please have as much information (complete merchandise totals & detailed return/refund reasons) available at the time of your phone call so we may process your request quickly.

Please also note at the time of your delivery, to be sure to check your packages for any damages. If damages occur and are not noted to your delivering driver, claims will be more difficult to process. This all also applies to missing packages.

Candy & Glow products are non-returnable due to the nature of these items.
